NVM-2000WS again launches NEC to the forefront of office automation with the industry's most innovative integrated Voice Mail with Automated Attendant.

Based on the Windows® NT workstation, NVM-2000WS offers a core of essential Voice Mail features such as Park and Page and Conversation Record - as well as cutting edge enhancements like Desktop Messaging.

Even with all the sophistication built into NVM-2000WS, installation and maintenance are a breeze. You can customize NVM-2000WS right from the Voice Mail terminal, or remotely over your LAN. Future releases will provide programming via the Internet. Extensive reports let you track important performance parameters.

Your busy office will stay at the productivity forefront with the outstanding array of NVM-NT options: up to 1000 Desktop Messaging clients (with Microsoft® Exchange/Outlook® integration), Fax Mail, Fax-On-Demand. You can eliminate busy tone frustration. FAX-On-Demand stores FAX documents on the hard drive and forwards them to callers when requested by the caller. You can send a FAX from an application open on your desktop instead of having to run down the hall and then find the FAX machine in use. Future delivery mailboxes let you record a message for future delivery to remind attendees of a scheduled meeting.

Automated Attendant can even handle incoming calls and route them to a FAX machine. This saves the unnecessary cost of a special private line for the FAX machine.
